It may seem strange as the owner of a Fitness Studio promoting home gyms, but Fitness Studios and Health Clubs are not for everyone. Some people have many challenging issues that prevents them from being able to Studios and Health Clubs. Having a home gym provides numerous benefits and can really improve your physical conditioning and appearance. Here are some of the real benefits to working out at home:

1. No need to join a gym

Some gyms and health clubs can be a bit pricey, but in my opinion they’re worth it for the equipment they have and the services they offer. Butespecially during a recession money can be a bit tight so having a home gym means that you do not have the monthly expense of a gym membership.

2. Time

Time is without doubt the number one reason why people don’t exercise. If you join a health club you may have to drive there and back and all this
adds to the amount of time it takes to workout, maybe over two hours. If you had a home gym you can spare 45 mins to workout every day, maybe even twice a day! .

3. Privacy

Some people feel uncomfortable in a gym setting particularly if it is very busy. With a home gym you have the entire place to yourself so no need to
worry about what anyone thinks about you!

4. Convenience

Your days of driving to the gym or walking from your work are over! You’re at your gym in seconds and can then shower in your own shower! This eliminates up to an hour in hassles and time for individuals using gym memberships.

5. Autonomy

You are now the boss of your own gym! You decide what music gets put on, how loud it is. You can decide what you want to wear, what equipment
to use, what it smells like, everything! You can train naked whilst listening to Rod Stewart if you wish! . Although I wouldn’t recommend it!
