My morning runs!

Now that the early mornings are a lot lighter in Edinburgh, I've been really enjoying running around Edinburgh's historic Arthur's Seat, an extinct vocano which is now a beautiful area of landscape which overlooks the city. It is a fantastic run as it's mostly grass which is less stress on the joints, has a challenging incline which drives the intensity of the run, and the views overlooking Edinburgh are wonderful! I also incorporate a few sprints at the end for power and fitness, and I feel on top of the world when it's over, it really gives me an abdundance of energy throughout the day! Find yourself a good run or walk with some hills this spring and summer and lose yourself in the fresh air, there really isn't anything like a great outdoor run in the morning!!
